By using ForgeRank AI ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for the content you generate and must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Credits & payments

• Credits are consumed per generation. Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, which handles billing and tax.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy. Promotional, bonus, and free-tier credits hold no cash value.
• We may adjust prices and credit packs; existing paid balances are not affected by future price changes.

3. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you create using the Service. By submitting content (including articles or posts pasted into the Content Analyzer), you grant us a non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and distill that content into aggregated, anonymized factual fragments ("materials") used to improve generation quality for all users; such fragments do not identify you and you will not be entitled to compensation for their use. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to operate, secure, and improve the Service. The Service name, software, and brand are ours and may not be used without permission.

4. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including, where applicable, consumer-protection rights you may have).

5. Account termination & suspension

• You may close your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting wodeniaa@gmail.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we detect a violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or fraudulent/abusive activity (including farming credits across multiple accounts or automated abuse), with or without prior notice where the situation warrants.
• Upon termination, your remaining paid credits may be forfeited where termination results from a breach; otherwise, any refund follows our Refund Policy.

6. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the arbitration rules of Singapore, or, at the claimant's election for claims within a small-claims threshold, resolved in the competent courts of Singapore. Consumers retaining mandatory statutory protections in their country of residence are not deprived of those protections by this clause.
