ForgeRank AI ("the Service") is an AI assistant that helps you create SEO-ready articles, social posts, and video scripts. By using the Service you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

1. Permitted use

• Creating original marketing, SEO, and editorial content for lawful business or personal purposes.
• Experimenting with the platform's tone and format controls to fit your own brand.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use ForgeRank AI to create, request, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Constitutes spam, phishing, scams, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
• Impersonates a person, brand, or organisation without authorisation.
• Is designed to manipulate financial markets, elections, or public health information.
• Contains malware, exploits, or instructions for illegal hacking.

3. NSFW & prohibited-content policy

ForgeRank AI does not permit the generation of:

• Sexually explicit, adult, or NSFW content of any kind.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes discrimination or violence against any group.
• Self-harm, suicide, or graphic violence content.
• Content depicting or exploiting minors in any sexual or harmful context (we report such activity to authorities).

We use input/output filtering and may review flagged content. Attempts to bypass these safeguards are a violation of this policy.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish. Always fact-check AI output, disclose AI assistance where required by platform or law, and comply with the terms of any platform where you post.

5. Credit & account abuse

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to claim free or promotional credits more than once (including the 10 free articles and the $1 trial).
• Abuse trials, promotional credits, or referral mechanisms to farm credits.
• Resell, transfer, or exchange credits, except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service.
• File fraudulent refund requests or chargebacks, or otherwise obtain credits without payment.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or bulk tooling to generate content at a volume beyond normal interactive use.

Violations may result in credit forfeiture or account termination, and may void refund eligibility (see our Refund Policy).

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, credit forfeiture, or account termination. Where we believe content is illegal, we may report it to the relevant authorities.
